Rugby: Wit Bulle Trounce Green Machine

In what would be one of Glenwood’s toughest fixtures of the year, Hoërskool Monument, better known as ‘Die Wit Bulle’ travelled down to Durban to take on the Green Machine on Saturday, 13th of April 2019.

It was a massive effort from Monnas who travelled down to Durban and inflicted a heavy defeat on the Glenwood Green Machine in their own backyard. It was a victory that has helped them to threshold of the top 5 zone on this week’s First XV School Rankings.

U14 Rugby: The First U14 Rankings for 2019

It has been a near perfect start from the Grey College and Outeniqua U14 teams in their first taste of High School rugby and they are currently resting at the top of this week’s U14 School Rugby Rankings.

A challenge to all school leaders… to maintain the dwindling 'Old-School respect' in what has become semi-professional school sport in South Africa.

U15 Rugby: The First U15 Rankings for 2019

They are unbeaten and take the top spot on the first U15 Rugby Rankings of 2019 and few would dispute that Paarl Gim are a formidable force this year and will be asking questions all season long.

It’s four wins from four outings for Paarl Boys High as they occupy the No.1 spot for this week on the SA School Sport U16 Rugby Rankings.

Paul Roos Gym make their appearance on this week’s SA School Sports First XV Top 100 Rankings and they manage to snatch the No.1 spot after completing a troika of victories.

Rugby: Green Machine Edge Out College

In rather overcast and wet conditions Glenwood collided with one of its oldest rivals, Maritzburg College. A proud 98-year-old, 169 games, history between these two sides and the script was written for what would be a thrilling match.
